If a goal doesn't challenge you, then it won't change you. And that's why we set ourselves a huge goal this year of being able to help 1,000 local customers purchase, upgrade or replace their vehicle to a newer more reliable car that better suited their needs. To do this we've had to change for the better. By upgrading our service department, increase the number of locals we employ and improve our customer service satisfaction through training and customer feedback.
